Author Guidelines

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to authors.

  • Originality: The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

  • File Format: The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or RTF document file format.

  • Blinding: The main article file is blinded. All author names, affiliations, and identifying information have been removed to facilitate double-blind peer review.

  • Metadata: A separate Title Page has been uploaded containing full author details.

  • Formatting: The text is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font, and employs italics rather than underlining (except for URL addresses).

  • Visuals: All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  • Citations: Where available, URLs or DOIs for the references have been provided.
